TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Glam Galore Pamper Parties, we are committed to providing our customers with the utmost level of service, and we have established the following terms and conditions to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff.

We kindly request that all customers carefully review these terms before proceeding with a booking.

Glam Galore Pamper Parties reserves the right to update its terms of business at any time without further notice.

1. Bookings & Confirmations
1.1. Booking Process
All party bookings must be made via our online booking form. A deposit is required to secure your date. The booking is only confirmed once we receive a signed quotation form and a non-refundable deposit of 50%, as specified.
1.2. Quotations
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but the quoted price at the time of booking is guaranteed.
1.3. Booking Confirmation
Upon confirming availability, a deposit invoice will be sent via email. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your desired date.
1.4. Final Confirmation & Attendee Numbers
We will request final attendee numbers and parental consent forms 14 days prior to the party. Changes to the party package or additional extras must also be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event (28 days for personalised items).
1.5. Guest No-Shows
Guests confirmed but who fail to attend on the day will still be charged in full.

2. Payments
2.1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure the booking. No party will be confirmed without this.
2.2. Balance
The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer no later than 24 hours before the event. Parties booked within two weeks of the event must be paid in full upon booking. Staff cannot accept cash payments.
2.3. Non-Refundable Items
Deposits and personalised items are non-refundable.
2.4. Quotation Number
All payments must reference a valid quotation number to ensure correct allocation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1. Customer Cancellations
We require at least 14 days' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable.
3.2. Customer Rescheduling
You may reschedule within 12 months if notice is given in writing within 14 days of the original date. Subject to availability.
3.3. Our Cancellations
If Pretty Pamper Parties cancels the event, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of your deposit.
3.4. Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days.

4. Weather & Force Majeure
4.1. Weather Conditions
Parties cancelled due to bad weather will not be refunded. Clients must ensure the venue can withstand weather disruptions or provide adequate shelter.
4.2. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, traffic, illness). We will inform clients as soon as possible and attempt to mitigate the impact.

5. Party Setup & Venue Requirements
5.1. Access & Parking
The customer must inform us of any access or parking restrictions. Staff require one parking space for the duration of the party.
5.2. Setup Requirements
Clients must provide adequate space for staff, equipment, and children. Tables and chairs for treatments must be available if required.
5.3. Timing
Please ensure all guests arrive on time. Staff will begin at the scheduled start time and must remain on schedule for other bookings.

6. Treatments & Products
6.1. Products Used
Staff are not trained beauty therapists. Clients/parents must specify if children have allergies or sensitivities. Staff will not apply products to broken skin or visible outbreaks.
6.2. Allergic Reactions
GGPP takes no responsibility for allergic reactions. Parental consent is required for all treatments.
6.3. Hygiene & Safety
Treatments may not be offered to children with viral or contagious skin conditions (e.g., cold sores, warts, conjunctivitis, lice). Alternative treatments may be offered.

7. Children’s Participation & Supervision
7.1. Participation
Children will be encouraged to join in, but participation is voluntary.
7.2. Supervision
An adult must be present at all times. Staff cannot be left alone with children. Supervision is required for bathroom breaks and other needs.
7.3. Behaviour
The customer is responsible for managing children's behaviour. Staff will intervene if necessary and notify the client of any issues.

8. Equipment & Liability
8.1. Equipment Ownership
All party equipment remains the property of GGPP. Any damage or loss is the responsibility of the client.
8.2. Slumber Party Equipment
Equipment left overnight must be returned in good condition. Loss or damage will be charged to the customer.
8.3. Indemnity
The hirer must protect the products against distress, seizure, or execution, and indemnify the owner against losses.

9. Staff Conduct & Safety
9.1. Contact with Children
Some physical contact may be required (e.g., for facials, nail painting). Staff will always ensure children are comfortable and consent is given.

10. Privacy & Consent
10.1. Use of Information
Your data is used only to manage bookings and will never be shared with third parties. Consent is required to store and process your data.
10.2. Photography
Permission will be requested to take photos for marketing. If any parent/guardian declines, this will be strictly respected.
